Merhaba! Sonunda bu yazıyı yazabildiğim için çok mutluyum. Nars Guy Bourdin koleksiyonu uzun bekleyişlerimizin sonunda ülkemize giriş yaptı ve ben geldiklerini duyduğum anda İstinyepark Sephora'ya koşarak bu seti ve One Night Stand allık paletini alıp kasaya gittim. Kasadaki görevli henüz satışa çıkmadılar diyerek satmaya en başta itiraz etse de uzun süren ısrarlarım ve son derece mutsuz bakışlarım sayesinde ikisini de kapmayı başardım.
Hey everyone! It's finally time to write this post, as Nars Guy Bourdin Holiday Collection has just arrived to my country and as soon as I got the news, I practically transported myself to the nearest Sephora in 10 minutes. They told me that the collection wasn't officially on sale yet but as I kept insisting and stood there with my almost teary eyes, they had no other choice but selling me this lip set and the One Night Stand palette.
Nars'ın meşhur kalem rujlarını uzun süredir denemek istiyordum, bu nedenle bu set benim için tam biçilmiş kaftan oldu. 5 adet mini boydan oluşan bu setteki kalemlerin 4'ü velvet matte yani kadife mat seriden, 1 tanesi ise velvet gloss yani kadife parlak seriden.
Infamous Nars lip pencils were on my wishlist for quite a long time, so, this set was like a gift sent from heaven to me. It consists of 5 mini lip pencils, 4 from the Velvet Matte and 1 from Velvet Gloss line.
Mat dudak kalemlerinden ve rujlardan genelde uzak durmuşumdur, çünkü şu ana kadar denediklerimin çoğu dudaklarımı kurutmuştu. Ama bu seri inanılmaz. Altına lip balm sürmememe rağmen dudaklarımı kurutmadılar, çizgilere dolmadılar, ve kalıcılıkları bir harika! Tekrar uygulama gerektirmeden 7-8 saat dudağımda kalıyorlar. Velvet gloss yapıdaki kalemi de çok beğendim, lip gloss sevmeyen biri olarak bir gloss'a en yakın sonucu veren ve severek kullanabildiğim tek ürün şu ana kadar bu oldu.
I don't really go for matte lip products as they tend to dry out my lips like nobody's business but this line has proven me wrong. They didn't dry out my lips even without a lip balm applied under and they didn't emphasized the lines on my lips either. Here comes the best part: They stayed on without any retouching for 7-8 hours. I also loved the Velvet Gloss one, as a person who hates lip glosses, this is the closest thing to a gloss that I can actually see myself using.
Normalde bu şekilde farklı renklerden oluşan setlerde mutlaka asla kullanmayacağınız, size uymayacak bir renk olur ama bu setteki renklerin hepsiyle ayrı ayrı aşk yaşıyorum!
These kind of sets are always filled with hits and misses, there's always a color that just doesn't suit you but in this set there isn't one for me. I love each and every one of them!
Cruella: Mavi alt tonlu harika bir kırmızı. Tam yeni yıl makyajında, kış aylarında kullanmalık.
Dolce Vita: Nars'ın meşhur renklerinden. Bu rengi tanımlamak çok zor, kiremit rengine dönük bir pembe denebilir. Herkese yakışacağına inandığım bir renk.
Never Say Never: Soğuk alt tonlara sahip, içinde biraz mor bulunduran orta tonlu bir pembe. Diğer bloggerlarda gördüğüm kadarıyla neredeyse her cilt tonuna yakışabilecek türden bir renk.
Sex Machine: Soğuk alt tonlu, açık bir pembe. Sağındaki New Lover Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil'la birlikte uygulandığında harika bir renk ortaya çıkıyor.
New Lover: İçinde biraz şeftalilik, biraz pembelik bulunduran, oldukça doğal bir gloss.
Cruella: An amazing blue toned red. Perfect for Christmas, New Year's or generally winter time.
Dolce Vita: One of Nars' most popular colors. It's hard to describe this, it's a neutral pink with a touch of brick color. It will probably look good on everyone, it's definitely not overrated.
Never Say Never: Cool undertoned, medium pink with a little purple in it. I've seen various people with different skin tones wear this one and it looked good on every one of them!
Sex Machine: Cool undertoned light pink. It looks great combined with New Lover Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil on its right.
New Lover: A peachy pink, natural looking gloss.
Bu sete tüm Sephora'larda tükenmeden sahip olabildiğim için çok mutluyum. Bu kalemlerin tam boy olanlarının tanesi 68 TL ve bu set 120 TL, yani kesinlikle çok hesaplı bir fiyata geliyor. Özellikle benim gibi Nars'ın dudak ürünlerini denemek isteyen kişiler için kaçırılmaması gereken bir set. Görüşmek üzere!
I'm so happy to be able to get my hands on these before the entire collection sells out. This is such a bargain considering that there are 5 mini lip pencils for less than the price of 2 full size ones. Those people who want to try out some lip products from Nars, try to hunt this down if it is still available. See you soon!
